Born in Kaluga. Ggraduated from the Faculty of Art and Graphics and the Faculty of Practical Psychology at the Smolensk State Pedagogical University.
Since 2010, has been a member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia and the International Federation of Artists. In 2012, became a full member of the Academy of Analytical Art (AKANIS).
From 2007 to 2014, Yulia headed the art studio of the Rehabilitation Center for People with Disabilities.
Teaches abstract art at the Tantum Art's Foundation and the Innovative Cultural Center in Kaluga. Holds master classes and lectures on abstract art.
An active participant and laureate of many city, regional and international exhibitions and competitions. In 2019, was included in the list of the best contemporary artists of Russia according to Arteex. Her works are in private and public collections both in Russia and abroad.
